How are you supposed to charge the J Stack 3? It only came with a USB cable...no regular outlet. I plugged it in to my laptop docking station USB port...seems to be charging. I can presumably use ANY USB to plug converter? How long to fully charge?

The Jumpr Stack 3 can be charged using any USB power source! For example, a computer's USB port, a USB wall adapter, another battery, one of our Generatrs, etc.The length of time it takes to charge your Jumpr will depend on the power source and the state of the battery. Can it charge a tablet? If so, how many times?

This may be able to charge some tablets and may only work if the tablet is powered off. The percent of charge your tablet will receive depends on the size of your tablet's battery. The Jumpr Stack 3 is a 3200mAh battery.

Is there an adapter that will allow the Jumpr3 to retrofit to an iphone 4 which has the wide port adapter rather than the new slim port adapter used for the iphone 6?

While EnerPlex does not make a Lightning to 30 Pin adapter, you can still use the 30-Pin to USB accessory cable which came with your iPhone 4 in the USB port on the Jumpr Stack 3.

my team wants to use the stack at work, plan is to charge them overnight place them on the stack when they come in and take a fully charged one on the way out.  how will we know which ones are fully charged?

The fully charged Jumpr Stacks will have 4 illuminated lights. Any Jumpr Stacks which are still charging will have at least one light blinking.

if I had a full stack of uncharged jumper stack 3, how long would it take to charge them all to full capacity.  Assuming I have a 2 A power outlet.  Are they charged simultaneously at the same rate?

The charging time depends on how many are stacked. The Stacks charge roughly at the same rate, the caveat to that is if you stack batteries of disparate pre-charge levels together, the batteries within that stacked group who are emptier will charge a little faster than the batteries that are fuller. Each Stack will self-limit the input current to no greater than 2A, so if you have one empty Stack-3 it should charge completely in about 1.5 hours on a 2A power source. If you have two empty Stack-3s, they would charge completely in about 3 hours, and if you had three empty Stack-3s, they should charge completely in about 4.5 hours.
