Can this cable be used the Charge the Jumpr Prime Power Bank 4400. Our cable was lost and we need a new one.

While it may be possible, this cable is intended for combining two separate power sources to one device. Our Jumpr series recharges via a simple USB to micro USB cable found in most electronics and department stores.

Can this device be used to connect a hotspot device to a charger & to a usb port on a router at the same time? Does the cable completely isolate the two incoming signals with no chance of the power side crossing over to the non power side?
